Personally, meditating while laying down is easier. I find focus much quicker because I’m not worried about how uncomfortable I am sitting with my back straight and legs crossed. However, meditating while sitting is usually far more rewarding once I settle my mind and lose focus on my awkward breathing and uncomfortable shoulders.
Are there any souls out there that could offer advice, a more comfortable way to sit or different meditation techniques?
